I know, it’s a bit early to be complaining about the cold weather since we’re still in the fall season, but that is not going to stop me from doing it anyway. I’ve realized that even Abby and Charlie tend to want to sleep longer once it starts getting cold.
What changes or activities do you do different with your dog once Summer is gone? I am trying to get some ideas so let me know. Stay safe and enjoy your weekend!

Chester likes the cold but becomes energized on walks. I have to put my yak trax on my boots kind of like snow tires! Otherwise a 70 pound hound could pull me over! He’s good on walks but he gets bouncy in the snow!
I think Chester behaves like that bc he is cold and moving will warm him up. Abby, when really cold, moves a lot too so I make sure to bundle her up and right after that she slows down.
I think most dogs love snow. Maybe that is why Chester bounces on the snow. What a cutie!
