I thought that our search for a canine companion was going to be long, but I was wrong. Although, I did put an application months ago, but I never followed up on it, so that’s on me. This time, I put the application, but we did a few inquiries about it, and it paid off because we were fortunate enough to get a handsome Shepherd/Lab mix known as Lokie.

We decided to rename him Charlie. He is a young dog, full of energy and very smart. Abby finally has a younger brother. By the way, they liked each other from the first time they met. Thanks a million to the SPCA of Anne Arundel County for taking care of Charlie and for making the process of adoption easy. Special thanks to Kristen, Nick, Jamie, and Gabby. You are the best!
