Cynthia received a nice offer for a new job in Boston, MA so we’ll be moving within the next couple of weeks. Bella, our almost 4 year old pit mix, has never moved with us, therefore her reaction on the above picture is understandable, right?

Alex, on the other hand, has moved with us several times when Cynthia was in the military so she is used to it. I am hoping that Bella eventually feels the same way.
I may, or may not, be able to blog on a regular basis. I will try though. Why? Misery loves company. But seriously, it is a way to show, I hope, other pet parents how crazy a move to a new city can be specially if you have two furry kids: Alex the laid back pittie; and Bella the superenergetic one.
I am going to miss all the dogs that vacationed with us, and their amazing pet parents, therefore to all of you who trusted us with your furry kids I’d like to say on behalf of Cynthia, Alex, and Bella, thanks a million for everything and we wish you much love, health, prosperity and peace.
Hi! Best of luck with the move—and the new job! The Boston terrier should feel right at home. 🙂
You are right:-)
Best of luck with the move. Dogs are probably more adaptable than their uprights, but everything is always in a bit of flux. Fingers crossed that all goes well for the 2 & 4 legged. 🙂
Thanks. You are very kind.
i wish you the best moving! I know moving can be a lot of work but its a nice way to deep clean your house. Your dogs will be soooo excited to meet new friends in the new city! They’ll have a new house to claim as theirs, whoot whoot! &&& Congrats to Cynthia in her new job!
As a dog mom, I am interested on reading about how quickly Alex and Bella adapt to their new house. I’ll stay posted for future blogs, no rush of course!
xo Gina & Bella
Hi Gina. Thanks a million for your kind words. You are so right. I’ve sold a bunch of things I had collecting dust and for now Alex and Bella way of helping is by sniffing everything we are packing. Yes, I’ll do my best to blog about our process. The best to you and your Bella.
Good luck with the shift; I love Boston!
Thanks:-)
I get nervous when momwithoutpaws moves furniture or changes my stuff in my cage. Move to another house.. woof that would be hard
Really? Alex, my 12 year old pit mix, has made a total of 5 times or more. Cynthia was in the military so every 2 or 3 years we had to move. Alex is a pro. Bella, I dont’ know yet.
good luck with the moving and with the new job. I hope all goes well and the pups like her new place…Bella is a “Boston-Terrier” then :o)
Lol. Thanks. Yes, Bella is a Boston-Terrier. You are so smart:-)
