I would say that dogs do dream, and some more vividly than others. Our Abby usually barks at who knows what loud enough that at times, and I am not kidding, it has woken us up from our well deserved sleep. Yes, I am complaining about Abby!

Zoe, on the other hand, seems to have, what I would call, athletic dreams. Zoe’s dreams usually include: all 4 paws moving as if she were to be running; wagging her tail like crazy; and her ears moving front to back.

Both our dogs dream, and if you are lucky enough to watch them while they are dreaming, I’ll be honest when I say that you will be amused. I know we were.
