It’s been snowing since yesterday here in Annapolis, MD and so the kids are napping while I write this post.
Anyway, let’s see how Charlie is doing since my last post. He’s walking better than a week ago. He sits down once he realizes that that is what I want without having to say anything at all. I used body language and eye contact for that. And, let’s not forget, his selective hearing has greatly declined. Charlie has improved but he is not yet where I would like him to be so I will continue to work with him because I want peace of mind and I want to make sure that he is safe.
I believe that living with a dog should not be stressful, but in order to do that we, pet parents, must do our part and make sure that we provide exercise, food, medical care, and structure, to name a few, for our dog. Before I forget, if you want to see what my pack is up to visit my facebook page under All My Canine Companions. Stay safe and warm!
