The other day I came upon a funny observation from a pet parent stating that she is always accompanied by her dog to the bathroom and so, there goes her privacy! I laughed with gusto, of course, until I went to the bathroom that same day and noticed that Zoe was also making me company in the bathroom and that’s when I said to myself, “The next time I laugh at someone else’s dog’s shenanigans, I better check what my dogs do at home with me.”

I think that dogs follow us for many reasons such as: they are pack animals; they are social beings; we are their source of food and shelter; they love us; and they know we could take them out for walks and adventures.

Regardless of the reasons why dogs follow us, one thing is for sure, they fill our lives with love and laughter. What funny, odd, interesting, or adorable thing does your dog do and what is your reaction? Stay safe.
